eSoft Business Solutions standard procedure is to "ping or poll" Client's router, switch, server, or application every 2 minutes. If there is no response after two consecutive two-minute "ping or poll" cycles, eSoft Business Solutions will deem the service unavailable and will contact Client's designated point of contact by a method elected by the company (i.e. telephone, email, fax or pager). A ticket is immediately created and assigned to a technician. All tickets are kept open until the service resumes availability.
